  • I previously worked in a job that required very little physical activity. It was a desk position where I monitored cameras for eight hours a day, five days a week. Over time, I noticed that I was gaining weight, and my doctor recommended that I make changes to improve my health. I wanted to lose weight but wasn’t sure where to begin. I began training in November at 180 pounds, with a goal of reaching 150 pounds. By the beginning of January, I had achieved that goal.
